HR Policy Statement

The Governors of Wheatley Park School agree that they will adhere to the most up to date versions of the relevant model HR Policies, issued by the River Learning Trust. Such policies may include, but are not limited to

  • Redundancy
  • Whistle-blowing
  • Dignity at Work
  • Capability
  • Disciplinary
  • Stress at Work
  • Allegations against staff

Copies of the most recent HR policies can be an be provided on request. Governors will ensure that they remain up to date with the contents of and the procedures contained within these policies to ensure compliance and any issues of concern will be raised within the Strategy committee.

Staff will be made aware, via “Staff Weekly Advice” of the Governing Bodies adoption of all model HR policies and links will be created from the staff online site to the HR policies. Governors will review this statement annually to ensure that it reflects the current practices of the Governing body.
