Wheatley Park GCSE Results 2025

Enormous congratulations to our Class of 2025 on achieving exceptional GCSE and BTEC results.

79% of GCSEs at Wheatley Park were awarded at grade 4/C and above compared to the national pass rate of 67% for England.

This cohort missed their Year 6 SATs due to the pandemic, but based on nationally standardised English and maths tests they completed at the beginning of Year 7, we calculate that Wheatley Park students have once again made well above average progress over their five year journey with us.

Special congratulations go to the following five students who all gained seven or more grade 9s (the highest grade possible): Gracie Berry; Jessica Crooks; Terryn Helsby; Sophia Pavlides; and Maya W.

But we are immensely proud of each and every student for rising to our challenge to ‘win your race’ by demonstrating full commitment throughout the examination process.

Our sincere thanks to the teachers, parents/carers and other members of our school community whose steadfast support (and, at times, challenge!) underpins these achievements.

We thank the Class of 2025 for so thoroughly embodying our school values of Everyone Learning and Everyone Caring and wish them every success in the future.

Wheatley Park Post-16 Results 2025

Our warmest congratulations go to our Year 12 and 13 students on achieving excellent A-level, AS-level and BTEC examination results.

Three Year 13 students - Sebastian Chapple, Katie Morris and Thomas Ridgeley - each achieved a remarkable four A* grades at A-level with Katie also picking up an A grade for her Extended Project Qualification.

The vast majority of Year 13 students gained the grades needed for their next steps, be these traditional university degrees, degree apprenticeships, apprenticeships or jobs.

This included Laurence Baber-Day and Carter English who both won places at the University Oxford and Vito Fernandes who will be heading to the University of Cambridge one year after his older brother.

We thank all our Year 13 students for being fantastic ‘purple-blooded’ Wheatley Parkers who have consistently upheld our school values of Everyone Learning and Everyone Caring, and wish them happiness, health and success in the future.
